Reservation policy:

Deposit of 50% of total reservation in advance by Discover, MC or VISA. Balance is due upon arrival. Advance payment in full for 1 night stay. If 2 or more accommodations are reserved by one person, 100% advance payment is required on all accommodations for all nights reserved.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation is subject to a $10 fee per night for each accommodation reserved. The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made prior to:

7 days of arrival for 1 room reserved in the Lodge or Motel for 1- 3 nights

14 days of arrival for 4 or more nights reserved in the Lodge or Motel

14 days of arrival for 2 or more rooms reserved in Lodge or Motel

14 days of arrival for the Lodge Suite

14 days of arrival for 1-3 nights reserved in the Log Cabin,

30 days of arrival for 4 or more nights reserved in the Log Cabin

If you must cancel for any reason within these time parameters, you forfeit your deposit. No refund will be granted for a late arrival or early departure. If you shorten your length of stay after your arrival, you are still responsible for your entire original reservation.
